People volunteer for all sorts of reasons, whether it is to gain new experiences, meet new people, give something back to your local community or simply to help out
BathNES Volunteer Service can help you find a volunteering role that’s right for you. Whatever your interests and skills, and whether you have just a couple of hours to spare or you want to make a regular commitment, we want to make sure that you get as much out of your volunteering experience as the people you will be helping. Your help is desperately needed and will be greatly appreciated by the organisation that you go on to work with.
Charities, non-profit and community groups, and public sector organisations are all welcome to advertise their volunteer roles on our Simply Connect Database. Bath and Northeast Somerset is known for having a high rate of volunteer participation, and volunteers are the lifeblood, not only for hundreds of charitable and voluntary groups, but for our community as a whole.
