Due to the ongoing pandemic, and to help keep you and our colleagues safe we’re following national guidance and minimising face to face contacts. We will continue to support you through video consultation, telephone consultations and virtual clinics and we’ll see you face to face where this is safe, and the most appropriate way to support you in line with the national guidance.

EPRR: Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response

Like all community health and care providers, we are required by NHS England to ensure there are preparations in place to maintain delivery of our services in the event of an incident (an emergency that requires the implementation of special arrangements). This area is referred to as Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR).

Each year we carry out a self-assessment against a set of core standards, set by NHS England and score Red, Amber or Green (RAG) against where we believe we are for those core standards.

There are 4 levels of rating, these are:

  • Fully Compliant
  • Substantial Compliant
  • Partial Compliant
  • Non-Compliant

In 2017, we reached the level of Partial Compliant, achieving an 80% compliance rating. We are now working  towards achieving full compliance.
