Chat Health is school nurse messaging service where children and young people can text their school nurse with their health questions. Our aim is to continue providing the most timely and convenient access to confidential health advice for student. HCRG Care Group is working with a company called ChatHealth to roll out this service.

ChatHealth is a text service enabling young people at secondary school to reach out to our school nurse team to ask for help about a range of issues or make an appointment with one of our school nurses confidentially. The service is for anyone aged 11-19 at secondary school looking for confidential advice on a wide range of issues such as sleep, emotional health and wellbeing, sexual health as well as illnesses.

How does Chat Health work?

It’s safe and easy for you to speak to a School Nurse. Just send a text message to 07507334357, you don’t have to give your name.

Discreet and quick. It only takes one message to start making a difference. You’ll get confidential advice from a School Nurse.

A school nurse will then be able to help with your question, they can also help you make an appointment with a school nurse in school.
