COVID-19: Please do not attend our services

Due to the ongoing pandemic, and to help keep you and our colleagues safe we’re following national guidance and minimising face to face contacts. We will continue to support you through video consultation, telephone consultations and virtual clinics and we’ll see you face to face where this is safe, and the most appropriate way to support you in line with the national guidance.

Keeping you safe when you visit us

We’re following government guidelines to make sure all our premises are up to standard and safe. Once we have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment, we will display a certificate that confirms we’re complying with the government’s guidance.

Please play your part in keeping everyone safe by sticking to the social distancing guidelines.

Service update: From today, Monday 23rd March, all Baby & Toddler Hubs in Bath and Northeast Somerset are cancelled.

If you have any concerns or need to speak to a Health Visitor please ring your local Health Visiting Team, as below. We can provide you with advice and arrange for you to be seen if required.

Community services are health and care services that are delivered in a person’s home or in a nearby local care setting. Bath & North East Somerset Council and NHS Bath and North East Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (BaNES CCG) work together to plan and pay for these services which are provided by a range of different organisations.

Virgin Care directly provides services for adults and children looking after the physical and mental health and wellbeing of everyone in the area through our community services, and oversees services provided by other organisations locally.

Our aim is to provide a joined-up service, to make sure you have all of the information you need and to make sure that you only need to tell your story once. By providing the right service to you at the right time we want to ensure that you feel supported and empowered to make informed choices.
